Books on the List to Read: Spring 2015

Well, I guess you could say I fell short writing reviews on the books I assigned myself to read for the month of January. Life of an comm major/English minor, I guess? Anyway, in between hanging out with my friends and getting deeply nostalgic about the past four years and getting anxious about the uncertainties of my future as a soon-to-be alumna, I’m making a conscious effort to do more of what makes me happy. I love reading, but so often at school, I succumb to the “I’m too busy to read for fun” excuse and never seem to read the books I bring down every school year to my apartment. However, with less than 40 days until I graduate, I’m hoping to at least read a few books for pure enjoyment before commencement. So, here’s what’s on the list to read this season:

1. The Opposite of Loneliness by: Marina Keegan

2. Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim by: David Sedaris

3. I Remember Nothing by: Nora Ephron

4. She Walks in Beauty: A Woman’s Journey Through Poems selected by: Caroline Kennedy
